There was one female customer who came into the store who seemed really nice and polite….a pleasure to see every morning……..then out of nowhere she turned into a she-bitch and had the nerve to regularly order a iced grande non-fat Latte with HALF-A-SPLENDA!. What is that shit? If I was working the bar I gave her the whole friggin’ Splenda and decaf shots to boot.
When I thought it couldn’t get any worse with her, she came into the store right at opening on a Sunday morning……ordered a tall coffee and presented a $100 bill. The SS got her change cause I refused to change it for her. I always hated the 'Just Say Yes' policy.
