after years of feeling that it would be going too far, i quickly and quietly spit in the world's rudest customer's frappuccino. i also immediately sanitized the blender pitcher, because i didn't want anyone else to have a spittaccino, but still... it felt wonderful. i almost wished i had been sick.

I've worked for Starbucks for 6 years now and I've never heard of somebody doing something so disgusting to a customer. I understand being frustrated but don't ruin it for Partners in the company. Without customers we wouldn't have a job. A lot of us do take pride in doing work and doing it well
